Oz Patton is a visual/Hip-hop artist from Colorado. In 2008 participated in the freestyle battle circuit, “Body Bags”, hosted by Matthew ‘Vothaface’ Voss. Previously signed to Ivory Way Music as part of the Flii Guyz w/hip-hop artist TB. He's performed at such venues as Herman's Hideaway, Cervantes, The Roxy and other local clubs. Opening for Colorado Hip-Hop vets Albert “Albeez” Cannon and Black Pegasus.
In 2010 Oz worked with RhapsoDee Entertainment Group, a company of dedicated and talented artists that were committed to community service specifically in regards to aiding at risk youth and promoting healing through the use of art. Joining an already dynamic team of individuals they created and facilitated workshops with Aurora Mental Health and Crossroads Alternative School in Thornton.
In 2012 Hosted an internet radio-show, Geek Street Society's, Got Bars with Gridlock and Kid Nic, to help promote local and indie hiphop artist everywhere, under the vision of Chayne Clouds.
Networking is one of the most important facets of music for Oz, connecting with such artist as T-May, Young Fait, Pike, King Foe, and talented DJ Alisha B.
Recently Oz has been working with Ethan Rodgers of Aurora Public Schools in the COMPASS after school program for emotional development through writing and music for after school. Also he's become a semi-finalist in the Artist You Should Know show, but lost in the second round of the finals.
Featured on Coast2CoastMixtapes Indie Top 50 Vol. 294, 311, 336, 337 and 491. As well as #NextUp Mixtape Vol. 98.
